How much is postage?

Standard charges within the UK:

Order value up to £55 ---- £3.90 per order

Order value £55 to £100 ---- £4.90 per order

Order value over £100 ---- No charge

Can I collect my order if I live locally?

Yes, and on collection of your order your online postage charges will be refunded to you. Please email us once you have placed your order to notify us that you would like to collect.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Although not standard procedure we are happy to ship outside the UK if requested. However we do not ship outside the EU. Please contact us letting us know your order requirements and your country of residence so that we can confirm postage costs.

We do ship to Europe and Worldwide but not to every country in the world, so if you are unsure please just contact us. Postage is from £5.90 - £7.90 for Europe, from £9.90 - £11.90 for World category 1 and from £12.90 - £16.90 for World category 2.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

It is important to us as a company to be as sustainable as possible to reduce our environmental impact. All our packaging - boxes, padded envelopes and fillings - are recycled and reused. Most 'polystyrene' chips are actually corn chips, which are biodegradable. Anything that is not biodegradable i.e. bubble wrap and other plastics or ordinary polystyrene is being reused from products being delivered to us. We do not purchase plastic packaging. All office stationary is recycled paper and all waste paper is shredded to create more packaging. If you are able to recycle or reuse any of the packaging yourself that would be much appreciated.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, usually within 3-4 working days, and in any event within 30 days from the time you completed your order online. If you have any concerns about the arrival of your order please contact us.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Please inspect your parcel on arrival to ensure the items are as ordered, and for any damage or defects. If any item is incorrect or arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately, or within 2 working days of receipt of delivery. We will then ask you to return the item(s) promptly to us along with the original invoice and packaging to: 100% Nature, Wyfold Cottage, 10 Newlands, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9DN. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.

We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect or damaged Goods until they are received at the address above, and would strongly recommend that returns are sent by registered post, or at least with an official proof of postage.

What if I change my mind about a purchase?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope that you will be very happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We ask that you return the Goods to us, unused and in their original packaging together with the original invoice within 15 working days from the receipt of Goods to: 100% Nature, Wyfold Cottage, Brixworth, Northampton NN6 9DN. Please note that we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for any opened or used product. We are not able to cover your postage charges for returned items, unless they are incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods.
